Life Point Behavioral Healthcare & Lifestyle Management Service provides in-home and community based group activity, therapy and counseling programs designed to meet the needs of our aging senior population. Our network of credentialed behavioral healthcare professionals is experienced in the assessment and treatment of older adults experiencing changes in their emotional and cognitive status.
Life Point Medical and Behavioral healthcare programs and services are covered by Medicare and/or private insurance. All co-pays are assigned by the providers. There are fees for certain Personal Care, Prescription and Lifestyle Management Programs.
Life Point Behavioral Healthcare and Lifestyle Management Services include in-home and in-community counseling, therapy and activity programs provided by its team of highly qualified and credentialed behavioral healthcare professionals.
